Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete. Munkee Junkee is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Estimated shipping times are provided as an estimate and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of Munkee Junkee’s control are not considered shipping errors by Munkee Junkee.

Customers will receive tracking information when available.
